Terms of sale

These terms apply when you subscribe to Bulleo Pro on bulleoapp.fr. You accept them when you pay.

This translation is provided for convenience. The French version is the legally binding one.

1. The seller

Bulleo Pro is sold by COACHING BUSINESS 360, a simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée, SAS) with share capital of €1,000, SIREN 894 654 458, whose registered office is at 9 chemin du Pontet, ZAC du Pontet, 69380 Civrieux-d'Azergues, France. Contact: contact@antony-rouxel.com.

2. What these terms cover

These terms of sale apply to the Bulleo Pro subscription purchased on bulleoapp.fr. Your use of Bulleo remains governed by our terms of use, and your data by our privacy policy.

A subscription purchased in the iPhone app follows the rules in section 11.

3. The plans

Free plan

It lets you record 10 videos per calendar month, each up to 5 minutes long: the counter resets to zero on the 1st of each month, at midnight (Paris time). It requires no payment.

Bulleo Pro

For €9 a month including VAT, Bulleo Pro includes:

  • videos with no limit on the number per month or on length, each video being 2 GB at most;
  • transcription of your videos, up to 10 hours a month;
  • Duo mode in the iPhone app: you film once with the rear camera and get two videos ready to publish, one horizontal (16:9) and one vertical (9:16).

As of the date of these terms, transcription and the iPhone app are not yet available. They will be included in Bulleo Pro, at no extra cost, as soon as they are launched.

To prevent abuse, each account can record at most 30 videos per 24-hour period, on the free plan as well as with Bulleo Pro.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (French VAT included). The applicable price is the one displayed when you subscribe.

If the price changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from the first renewal after that notice period. If you do not accept it, you can cancel before that date.

5. Subscribing

  1. From the Pricing page or your settings, choose Bulleo Pro.
  2. You reach Stripe's secure payment page, which shows the price and the billing period.
  3. You tick the box requesting that your subscription start immediately (section 8), then you confirm the payment.

The subscription is concluded when the payment is accepted. Stripe then emails you a receipt and an invoice, with a summary of your purchase and the link to these terms.

6. Payment and invoices

Payment is made by card, through Stripe. You enter your card details with Stripe: Bulleo does not see the card number and does not store it.

The first month is paid when you subscribe. After that, the amount is charged automatically every month, on the anniversary date of your subscription.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for up to 14 days, and you keep Bulleo Pro during that time. If the payment does not go through, your account goes back to the free plan.

Stripe emails you each invoice. You can also find them in your settings.

7. Term, renewal and cancellation

Bulleo Pro is a monthly subscription with no commitment. It renews automatically every month until you cancel it.

You can cancel it at any time from your settings, without giving a reason and at no cost. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for: you keep Bulleo Pro until that date, then your account goes back to the free plan. The month already started is not refunded pro rata, unless you exercise your right of withdrawal (section 8).

When you go back to the free plan, nothing is blocked or erased: your videos stay in your Google Drive, and the limits of the free plan only apply to your new recordings.

If you delete your account, your subscription is canceled immediately, with no refund for the month already started, unless you exercise your right of withdrawal (section 8).

8. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from the date of your subscription to withdraw from it, without having to give any reason.

For Bulleo Pro to start right away, without waiting for the end of this period, you expressly request it by ticking the box provided during payment. If you then withdraw within these 14 days, we refund the price you paid, minus the portion corresponding to the days of subscription already elapsed up to your withdrawal.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement at contact@antony-rouxel.com, for example using the form below. We refund you within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same means of payment.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity

If you are a consumer, Bulleo Pro is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), for the entire duration of the subscription. If a lack of conformity appears, write to us: we will bring the service into conformity. If this is not possible within a reasonable time, you can obtain a price reduction or end the subscription.

10. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, write to contact@antony-rouxel.com.

If you are a consumer and your written complaint has not resolved the dispute, you may refer the matter free of charge to the mediator MCP Médiation, 12 square Desnouettes, 75015 Paris, www.mcpmediation.org, within one year of your complaint.

11. Purchases in the iPhone app

In the iPhone app, once it is available, Bulleo Pro can be purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system, at a price of €9.99 a month including VAT. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds for this purchase are then handled by Apple, under its own terms. You manage this subscription from your Apple ID settings.

A subscription taken out on bulleoapp.fr and a subscription taken out in the iPhone app are two separate subscriptions: to avoid paying twice, keep only one of them.

12. Personal data

The data related to your subscription and your payments is processed as described in our privacy policy.

13. Changes to the terms of sale

The terms that apply to your subscription are the ones you accepted when you subscribed. If we change them, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not accept the new terms, you can cancel before they take effect.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you may bring the matter before the competent court in accordance with the rules set by law, in particular the court for your place of residence. If you are acting in a professional capacity, the courts of Lyon have exclusive jurisdiction.
