Questions about pricing
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, from your settings. You keep Bulleo Pro until the end of the month you’ve already paid for, then your account goes back to the free plan. The month already started is not refunded.
What happens to my videos if I go back to the free plan?
They stay in your Google Drive. The limits of the free plan only apply to your new recordings.
Why €9.99 in the iPhone app?
In the iPhone app, the subscription will go through Apple, which takes a commission on every purchase. On bulleoapp.fr, Bulleo Pro costs €9.
How does payment work?
By card, on a secure Stripe page. Bulleo doesn’t see your card number. Stripe emails you each invoice, and you can also find them in your settings.
The details of the plans and of payment are in our terms of sale.
