2. Purpose of the service

Bulleo lets you record your screen, your voice and your camera, save the video to your Google Drive, cut it without changing the original file, and share it with a link. Bulleo is available in a browser and in an app for Mac. An app for iPhone is planned.

3. Access and account

To use Bulleo, you sign in with your Google account and you authorize Bulleo to create files in your Google Drive. You are responsible for the security of your Google account: Bulleo does not know your password.

You must be at least 15 years old to use Bulleo.

Each account can record videos of up to 2 GB, and 30 videos per 24-hour period. Accounts of the publisher's team do not have these limits.

How your data is processed is described in our privacy policy.

4. Your videos and your content

You remain the owner of your videos and of everything you show or say in them. You are also responsible for them: you must have the right to distribute what appears on the screen, and the consent of the people you film or record when the law requires it.

To operate the service, you grant the publisher a limited, non-exclusive permission, free of charge. It allows the publisher to store, process and display your videos and their information (title, description, cuts), and to distribute them to the people who have their link. This permission is used solely to provide Bulleo. It ends when you delete the video or your account.

5. Share links

A video recorded with Bulleo is not private: anyone who has its share link can watch it. This link can be the Bulleo link, which is hard to guess, or the link to the file in your Google Drive, which Bulleo also shares with anyone who has the link. You decide who you send it to. The publisher is not responsible for the link being passed on by the people who received it. To make a video no longer visible, delete it.

6. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use Bulleo to:

  • record or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, violent, harassing or of a child pornographic nature;
  • infringe the rights of others: privacy, the right to one's image, copyright, trademarks;
  • record a person without their knowledge when the law prohibits it;
  • distribute malware or phishing attempts;
  • circumvent Bulleo's security measures, disrupt its operation or overload it;
  • resell or exploit the service on a large scale without the publisher's consent.

In the event of a breach, the publisher may delete the content concerned and suspend or close the account, after notifying you, except in an emergency or in the case of a serious breach.

7. Reporting content

If a video shared with Bulleo seems unlawful to you, write to contact@antony-rouxel.com, giving the link to the video and the reason for the report. The publisher reviews every report and promptly removes manifestly unlawful content.

8. Availability of the service

Bulleo is provided as is. The publisher does its best to keep the service working, without guaranteeing that it will be available at all times or free of errors. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, and its features may change.

Bulleo depends on third-party services, including Google Drive. An outage or a change in these services may affect Bulleo.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by French law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of data, revenue or opportunity, related to the use of Bulleo or to its unavailability.

Nothing in these terms limits the publisher's liability in the event of gross negligence or intentional misconduct, or of personal injury, nor the rights that the law guarantees you if you are a consumer.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Bulleo at any time and delete your account with the “Delete my account” button in your settings, which erases it immediately, or by writing to contact@antony-rouxel.com. The videos already in your Google Drive remain yours (see section 12 of the privacy policy).

The publisher may close an account in the event of a breach of these terms (section 6), or discontinue the service by giving users reasonable notice.

11. Changes to these terms

The publisher may change these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the last update. In the event of a significant change, you will be notified by email or in the app. If you do not accept the new terms, you can stop using Bulleo and request the deletion of your account.

12. iPhone app

The iPhone app is not available yet. When it becomes available on the App Store, Apple's standard license agreement for apps (EULA) will apply in addition to these terms. Apple will not be responsible for the Bulleo service or for its support.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a disagreement, write to us first: we will seek an amicable solution.

If you are a consumer, you may bring the matter before the competent court in accordance with the rules set by law, in particular the court for your place of residence. If you are acting in a professional capacity, the courts of Lyon have exclusive jurisdiction.

Consumer mediation: if you are a consumer and a written complaint sent to contact@antony-rouxel.com has not resolved the dispute, you may refer the matter free of charge to the mediator MCP Médiation, 12 square Desnouettes, 75015 Paris, www.mcpmediation.org, within one year of your complaint.
